Keven Bergeron

My work began as an intern and a Master student in Caroline Duchaine's (Ph.D) bioaerosols laboratory. My studies were on air quality and etiological agents in occupational settings. More precisely, in broiler chicken farms and dairy barns. These studies leaded to a paper that compares air quality in dairy barns using tie-stalls and dairy barns using free-stalls in the journal : American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers. After my master, my interest in repiratory illnesses had grown and I became a research assistant for Andréanne Côté (MD, M.Sc)
and Mathieu Morissette (Ph.D). Andréanne Côté's works focuses on severe asthma and the optimization of healthcare for Asthma patients. Mathieu Morissette's work focuses on the effect of vaping on cardiac and lung halth as well as lung function. I have now been part of her team for 3 years and helped her with some published and upcoming work.
