Axis 3

Care, prevention and health promotion

Axis 3 of the AIRS Network aims to support research on the prevention of diseases related to atmospheric and noise pollutants as well as on evaluating the impact of treatments and interventions on multiple functions, such as breathing, hearing, communication, social participation and quality of life. Through research projects, initiatives such as SynergiQC, and access to large administrative, clinical, and biological databases, the Axis actively contributes to translational research on the health effects of environmental noise and air pollution.
